How long have you worked specifically as a wedding photographer?

I have been a wedding photographer for over eight years. (around 160 weddings)

What sets you apart from other wedding photographers?

My passion and dedication for my craft, from brainstorming ideas, photographing the little special moments to making sure the final edits are perfect.   When sorting through your wedding images, I act as if I am you looking through them, picking out the images that are  emotionally and visually intriguing.

How would you describe your photography style (e.g. traditional, photojournalistic, creative)?

My style has been described by others as photojournalistic. While I agree with this statement, I pose photos and work candidly to achieve both structured and genuine moments. The majority of my wedding photographs are candid and taken discreetly. With both aspects of my shooting style, I draw from my experience as a fashion photographer and use it to tell a stylish story through the entire event. When photographing my bride and groom, I want my them to feel beautiful, glamorous, and to feel confident that they may have a model in them as well. Its your wedding day, you should feel more beautiful than you ever have in your life. Its not everyday that you can take part in a fashion shoot, why not embrace it? I also work for the photos to be a piece of art, not just a couple smiling blankly into the camera with no emotion or life. Capturing the love and emotion between the couple while posing them in a romantic, fashion-forward way is my goal and passion.

How many photos are taken at the wedding and how many are edited?

The amount of photos taken in a day depends on the package you purchase. Generally, you will receive a flash drive with around 100 images per hour from the wedding day. All of the photos will be edited individually adjusting color, levels, and sizes. I believe in delivering the highest quality of photography services and products every time.

How long after the event will the photos be available online?

An online gallery will be posted within 4-6 weeks after the wedding. I will provide a highlight preview on my blog a couple weeks after the wedding where you will be able to share the link with your friends and family.

Do you travel? What are your travel fees?

Yes, I love to travel!

I will drive to the suburbs or fly if you would like to hire me out of state or even the country. Inquire for my special destination wedding packages.

Engagement sessions are done downtown Chicago but If you would like me to travel outside of the city for the engagement session, traveling fees will apply.

Are you willing to customize packages?

Yes, every wedding is unique and every couple has different needs and wants. I will create custom packages specifically designed for you.

How do I book you your services?

Once you decide on the package you would like, I will send you an online booking proposal where you will be able to sign a contract and make the 25% deposit to reserve the date. You can pay the deposit via, check, Chase QuickPay, credit card and debit card.
